Dr. Potter is a licensed audiologist. She began her career in private practice at Madison & Saratoga Hearing Center in 2014. In 2019, she moved to serve as a pediatric and adult audiologist at Albany Medical Center. Dr. Potter specializes in pediatric and adult diagnostic hearing evaluations and brings experience in electrophysiology testing; including newborn hearing screenings, natural sleep auditory brainstem response (ABR) testing, cervical VEMP (cVEMP) testing, and neurodiagnostic ABR. In addition, Dr. Potter is well versed in hearing aid evaluations and fittings for the entire life-span. Dedicated to building lasting relationships with patients through their hearing journey, and developing personalized treatment plans that meet each person’s unique needs.

Dr. Potter was born and raised in Clifton Park, and after graduating from Shenendehowa, she received her Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2010, and her Doctorate of Audiology from St. John’s University in 2014.

When not in the office she enjoys spending time at her family’s property on Schroon Lake or at her children’s various activities cheering them on as they pursue their passions.
